Wondering how to make the most of the next fews days? Compile your personal hit list, otherwise known as a record of accomplishments. This is a simple, but badass tool to record the latest wins in your past or current role while they're still fresh.

This will come in handy during: salary negotiations, interviews, downward spirals, and dating-app-turned-networking dates.

We recommend taking 30 minutes to light a candle, sip your second third 'toddy and record all the things you can remember slaying. Close your eyes and go back month by month to remember and record the times you scored a W for you, your team, your client, or your organization.
