🏆 Global Rewards Analyst 💸 $Unknown, Chainlink → Building out compensation structures and programs are key to this role on the People team at Chainlink. If you have 3+ years in HR, this is a great chance to sign on with a large, well-regarded company in web3.

🥳 Business Development Manager, Gaming 💸 $130-175k, OpenSea → Did you know that web3 gaming companies raised more than $2.5B in Q2 of 2022 alone? Hop aboard this well-known NFT marketplace to build partnerships with both traditional and web3 gaming companies.

This is a great opportunity to work for a fintech solution that's bridging the gap between web2 and web3 finance.

They're looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Product Manager to work alongside the Director of Technical Products. Own the product roadmap across APIs, documentation, and dev onboarding for a remote company willing to give a real salary range.

💽 Marketing, Web Strategy 💸 $Unknown, Anchorage Digital → Anchorage, a digital asset platform and infrastructure provider, was the first federally chartered crypto bank back in 2021. In this marketing role you'll own all-things website-related. If you're thinking of making the leap from web2 marketing to web3, this is one to click on.

📈 Growth (General Marketing) 💸 $100-175k, Monad Labs → Monad Labs developed the first parallel EVM executor and paired it with innovation on consensus, pipeline, and storage to build an highly-decentralized EVM-equivalent blockchain supporting 10,000 TPS. If you understand that sentence, you'll be a great fit in marketing at Monad. Important note—this role is more of a general marketing role than the title implies.

🚗 Binance Accelerator (6 Months) 💸 $60-200k, Binance → Strengthen your content and social skills while dipping your toes into crypto work with this global trading platform. Bonus points if you land a full-time position upon completion.

WEB3 POCKET GLOSSARY

Web3 jargon is...cryptic to say the least. Even inside the industry it can feel like an endless un-skippable ad in the middle of a YouTube video. But like it or not, these terms are becoming staples of the Internet and are worth learning. Luckily, we've prepared a quick primer for you.

Blockchain: The tech underneath cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Blockchain is a decentralized database secured by cryptography. Think of it like your favorite view-only spreadsheet that's 100% tamperproof. This creates a strong underlying system for any application from supply chain management to digital identity verification. Sexy. 

Decentralization: Stick around web3 for a millisecond and you'll hear this term. In the blockchain context it refers to the non-centralized distribution of computers (nodes) that are responsible for running the code of a blockchain. The more distribution, the more secure it is.

Scalability: This is the ability of a system to handle an increasing amount of work or users as it grows. In the context of blockchain, it refers to a network's ability to process and validate transactions at a fast and efficient rate.

NFTs: Non-Fungible Tokens are a type of digital asset that represents ownership of a unique item, such as a piece of artwork or collectible. Unlike fungible tokens, such as cryptocurrencies, each NFT is unique.

 Smart Contracts: These are self-executing agreements that are written into code. When both parties' conditions are met, the contract runs. Smart contracts are important because they remove the need for a middle man to execute an agreement.

 DAOs: Decentralized Autonomous Organizations are a type of organization (like a club) run by a set of rules encoded in smart contracts on a blockchain. DAOs allow for decentralized decision-making and governance, without the need for a central authority. DAOs are typically communities that form around a shared mission like providing aid for Ukraine (UkraineDAO) or throwing epic parties (Friends With Benefits).

 DeFi: Decentralized Finance is a term used to describe financial systems and services that are built on blockchain technology and operate in a decentralized manner.

Centralized vs Decentralized Exchange: A centralized exchange is a platform for trading digital assets that is controlled by a single company or organization (e.g. Coinbase). A decentralized exchange is a platform for trading digital assets that is built on a blockchain and does not have a central point of control (e.g. Uniswap).
