Keep in mind these are very rough bands and are dependent on your web3 technical and ecosystem understanding + experience/skills in a similar role type. FYI, we think of 'Junior' roles as 4 or less years of experience and 'Senior' as 5+.

Generally speaking, U.S crypto jobs track fairly closely with U.S tech salaries, with slightly lower numbers for companies based elsewhere in the world.
