🗞️ The California DMV is using blockchain. Woahhhh, slow down.

Cali's digitizing car title management with the Tezos blockchain to make vehicle registration and swapping titles as easy as buying a silk loungewear set on Instagram. We pray to the car deities that this improves the overarching DMV experience.

🗞️ Musk plans to incorporate crypto into Twitter Payments. Doge fans are particularly hopeful as Elon rolls out plans for payment tools on the platform. Twitter's been applying for regulatory licenses to operate in the U.S. and they just registered with the U.S. Treasury as a payments processor. All they need to do is sell one more espresso machine from headquarters and they'll be ready for action.

🗞️ New York introduces a bill that lets people pay fines, taxes, fees, and civil penalties in crypto. A bullish signal is beaming from NY as Legislators named Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash as acceptable payment currencies for the aforementioned categories. New York has been known to be strict with policies in other areas of the crypto industry so we're counting this as a big W.
