FRESH JOBS
🐎 Web3 Product Manager 💸 80k-180k / Betsson → TBH we’ve never heard of ‘Betsson’ but damn, 180k and working for a casino company sounds like the start of an Ocean’s heist prequel. Sign us up.
🎩 Lead Product Manager, Web3 Wallet & Onboarding 💸120k-220k / Magic → Incredible role with longevity in our new wallet-centric world. AM my PM, too much good stuff.
🔍Web3 Marketing Roles 💸100k-200k / Merkle Science → Fresh on the interwebs, this is an entire marketing team spanning sales enablement to product marketing to a VP of Marketing. Ouí.
☕Project Manager Organizational Team Support 💸60k-130k / Ethereum Foundation → ETH maxi? Hop on it, hop on it (Sugarhill anyone?). We digress.
⚒️ BizOps Manager (NY-hybrid) 💸160k-200k / GloCap (not a hair product)→ If you’re a logistics wizard and open to a NY-hybrid role (partly remote, some time req in office), this is for you. Ok we broke our remote only rule but this one is cool ☝️
🚁 Executive Assistant 💸Unknown / Block → Don’t be a “Square”, just scale Web3 tools to the world. Casual slay.
🎨Director of Design 💸70k-260k / Block → The Block is thirrrrssty for creative juice. Do you have it?
Job Boards: Do they actually work?
“I get a lot of unqualified candidates through job boards but once in a while, a unicorn stands out.” - Anon Recruiter
*Highly-qualified Snack Unicorn*
Job boards are often a popular way to apply because you can go through a list and slay those apply, apply, apply moments. This means that for recruiters applications are a dime a dozen - the vast majority never even get looked at.
So, how doth thou stand out? 🦄
That, dear reader, depends on you. Job boards are great for finding roles, but honestly it’s best to apply directly through the company website. Another 🔥hot tip 🔥 is to connect with a current employee at the company to have a conversation about their experience (weak ties go a long way).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Add a cover letter that speaks directly to the company. Bonus points if you include how you see them vs their competitors or how they could improve X compared to Y using your skills. ;)
Add a relevant title on LinkedIn. As much as we love a Mememaster-Flex reference, this title is KEY for hiring managers using LinkedIn who are looking at a high volume of applications.
Ensure your profile picture is professional. Don’t have the funds for a Vogue shoot (yet)? Same. Get a friend to take a high-res photo with someone’s newer iPhone using portrait mode. Can be done at: a party, a restaurant, or anywhere with bright but soft lighting. Say 🧀.

💸 FUNDING SZN 💸
Every week we'll give you a rundown of Web3 companies with recent funding announcements.
This week, we learned about another ~$85m of new $ invested across the crypto landscape.
Here’s who got the money:
NiftyApes: $4.2m NFT lending protocol. Yes, another one. Sigh.
Token Flow: $12m Lets people look up any event, transaction, or balance in a blockchain's history.
Centrifuge:$4m Brings assets like invoices, real estate, and royalties to DeFi. Borrowers can finance their real-world assets without banks or other intermediaries.
ZebraLabs: $5m Create celebrity avatars in the metaverse. Paris Hilton, is that you?
